Guaranty VitalMuscle.com: Three months.

We do our best to serve each and every customer the best we can, thats why we offer a three months extra guaranty. If the product presents any problems covered by the Swatch Guaranty, we change it for the same item or a similar one if it has the same value. VitalMuscle.com will pay the shipping on these items to our store but you will have to pay the shipping on the new items. In the case of watches, the guaranty doesnt cover the following parts: Battery, glass, broken plastic body or band.

Swatch Guaranty

We are Authorized Swatch dealers, so we offer the same 24 months Guaranty that Swatch does. It is for all the items sold in our site. After the three months extra VitalMuscle.com Guaranty, you may use the nearest Official Swatch Service or Local Dealer to deal with your item problems.

Return policy

¡¡VERY IMPORTANT read the next lines!! Before you use this service you MUST contact our Return Policy Department at returns@VitalMuscle.com as we will not accept any package without prior advise of our customer.

If you intend to return the item back it this must be done within 30 days from the delivery date of your item. In this case you will be subject to pay 20% handling charges.

But on the other hand if you return the item in order to change it for any problems it may have, you will not be subject to pay the previous 20% handling charges.

WE WILL NEVER ADMIT THE RETURNING OF A RESIZED WATCH.Think about it if you choose our free size adaptater option when placing your order.

In both cases you will have to pay for the shipping charges. Even those charges that were free and you did not pay because of promotion purposes will be charged if the item is returned.

Shipping charge to apply in case of returning may be different than the original one, as we use lower shipping fees than UPS General Fees in order to promote our website and give our customer a more affordable and economic Express service by assuming the difference between UPS Fees and the one that we charge to our customers.

Returned items must be brand new with no signs of use at all. The band should not have any bendings and the item should sent in the original case.

Customers will be responsible for any loses when the products are returned, even the ones to be changed.

In order to avoid customs duty problems, customers area advised not to write amounts higher than 40$.
